Never Received ..

I bought a $100 e-gift card for Christmas for my mother and never received the email with it. I emailed customer service about it and never heard back. My cc was definitely charged for it .. Yes I checked my spam and junk. Nothing. I’ve never had a problem with ordering physical clothing but I will never purchase a gift card from here again.

We're so sorry that your gift card was not successfully fulfilled the first time around. Your gift certificate was marked as possible fraud, so manual verification was required on our end.

You reached out to us 12/21/22 and we replied same day letting you know it had been manually fulfilled. Because we haven't heard back, we assumed all was well.

We just re-sent your gift certificate through once more. If you're still not seeing this, please reach back out to our team! We want to make sure you're taking care of.

Terrible service!

I ordered a gift card on August 18th and still have NOT received it as of September 20th. Tried to call but no one answers finally got a shipping notice on September 6th still no card delivered. It was a birthday gift so now it’s over a month late.

We understand that gift cards are often purchased as a gift and are time-sensitive. Once you've purchased a gift card you should receive two emails; an order confirmation and an email containing the gift card. Both of these emails are typically received within minutes of placing the order. If you're ever having a difficult time finding these emails then please reach out to us ASAP so we can investigate your issue.

If you do not receive the email it's always best to first check your spam/junk folders and reach out to our customer care team ASAP so we can begin investigating your issue.

Our records show that you reached out to us on September 6th and one of our agents manually pushed the gift card through. This would've resulted in the gift card being sent a second time. Because we hadn't heard from you since this time we assumed you successfully received the order. If our agent did not resolve your issue then please call us during our business hours so we can re-address the issue. We are open M-F, 9 AM- 5 PM MT. We hope to hear from you soon!
