Love Lime Lush! Unfortunately, this is my first “doesn’t look like the item on website” order. The color is more of a mint than a sage. I was looking for more of an earthy color and this product was more of an Easter color. Cute. But not what it looks like online. The small is also super small. I usually order a small from this site with no issues, but I’m afraid even a medium in this would be too small. Between the color and sizing, I don’t want to take a risk in exchanging for a medium. Which stinks since they charge a return fee (if you’re not exchanging). I think if it wasn’t a mint color, I would’ve tried a medium. Hope this helps another customer!

Here at Lime Lush we do not alter the photos on our website in anyway or advertise fake items. The items you see on our website are the exact same item you receive in your order(s) as we take a size Small straight from our warehouse for our models to use in the photoshoots. Those photos are the ones we use on our site!
We are so sorry if you feel the color online did not match what you received. Sometimes our Studio Flashes can cause some items to differ slightly in shade depending on the fabric and how heavy the color's dye is. We also find that sometimes even device screen settings can also affect the picture on online and how the customer is viewing the color. We apologize if the color didn't meet your expectations, however you are of course always more than welcome to return it should it not work out! :sparkles:
We totally understand that shopping online can be difficult, but we try to make things as easy as possible by hand measuring each item! We include those measurements as well as additional information about the fabric and fit in the product description box.
Because we get our clothing from over 300 different designers sizing can vary from item to item. Meaning, it is totally normal when shopping with us to get smalls in some items normally and mediums or even larges in other items! These details are extremely helpful in choosing the best style and size for your frame! :kissing_heart:
So sorry for any confusion there but we actually don't offer direct Exchanges. Should an item not fit and a customer would like to swap sizes they would need to return the item normally for a refund then repurchase the size they are needing.
