Puckered, uneven seams

The top, sheer, overskirt’s stitching was very poor in quality. Loved the skirt, but can’t wear due to puckers, & uneven seam stitching. Plus, the sheer material was already showing how easy it will fray apart. Very disappointed, in what could have been a stunning skirt.
