Return Policy


Holiday Return Policy:

We’re extending our return window for the holiday season! Orders placed between November 1, 2024, and December 24, 2024, are eligible for a store credit refund if the return is postmarked by January 15, 2025. Orders placed outside of this period will follow our standard return policy, outlined below. Please note that all other policies, exceptions, and exclusions still apply during this time. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it! You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund to the original payment method.

After the first 10 days, you still have 30 days from your order date to return for store credit.

 

Re:do Returns: 

  • Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order

  • If you did not purchase Re:do you can still use our return portal below and purchase an $8.95 return label. No return fee is deducted from your refund total! 

Return Steps:  

  1. Start your return at the bottom of this page using your order ID and zip code

  2. Select which items you would like to return and your preferred refund method 

  3. If you checked out with Re:do, your return is covered! Otherwise, you can purchase your label for a one-time fee of $8.95

  4. Print your label and attach it to the top of the package, then drop it off at any USPS location

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • At this time we do not offer exchanges

  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

*Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. You can still shop while you wait for your refund to be issued. Refunds and store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.
