Cute Jacket - Arms are Snug

This jacket is adorable! I have a muscular build so I knew I needed to size up as i like a little wiggle room in jackets for layers. I bought a medium (I'm normally a small) and it was still too snug around my arms. Wish I could exchange it for a large but it was a final sale. So, if you have more muscle in your arms, definitely size up, one maybe even two sizes. Hope this helps! :) I'm 5'7, 134lbs.
