Sizing is way off

Was so excited to receive this only for the sizing to be so far off. Didn’t cover my “bottom” at all and I have no booty.

The sizing is very small. I’m always a size large and have ordered that size in outfits from other boutiques and never had a problem. The zipper before I even put it on was hard to unzip and when I went to return it the site will not even let me return it and get my money back.
