We understand how frustrating it can be when an item isn't the right fit. While we do occasionally make one-time exceptions on our final sale policy, we can only apply those exceptions once per account. Since we had previously made an exception on a final sale item purchased on one of your different orders, we were unable to offer additional exceptions to keep fairness among our customers. We know this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry for the disappointment.
