Too long for a small

Adorable but runs small

This may be the cutest dress EVER, but it says runs big. We found it to run small. More closely to the actual size chart. My daughter needed an XL in the bust but they don’t have that. So sadly we will be returning.
Fabric does have a little stretch but b/c of that if it’s too tight, the buttons have lots of gaping.
