We're SO sorry to hear that this dress wasn't what you were expecting. We understand that shopping online can be difficult, but we try to make things as easy as possible by hand measuring each item. We list those measurements as well as additional information in the “product description” box. We always recommend comparing these measurements to an item of your own. When we measure, we take the measurements on the items themselves, not necessarily the body that wears them. We would suggest measuring an item that you have at home that you want this to fit similarly to and compare the measurements. That will give you an accurate measurement the way that we measure!
Just to give you an idea here is how we find our measurements:
-Length is measured from the bottom of your neck (where the tag would be) to the bottom of the garment.
-Bust is measured armpit to armpit across the fullest part of the chest and then doubled. (It is not your bra size)
The great thing about ordering from so many different designers is that sizing does vary from item to item so although some styles may not work out, others might be just perfect for you!
