Runs very small

I agree with previous review. The inseam I’m NOT 3 1/2 inches. Maybe 2 at the most and runs very small also. Cute but not for me. Their return policy is ridiculous also. 3 days to return ? Who has that kind of time to just rush out and take care of it that fast ? I’ve spent a HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS of dollars on this site and just not worth it anymore. American denim is where I will be shopping from now on and the girls who own it actually answer the phone and know every product they have listed abs can help guide you on the different brands ! Sorry lime lush, just too many disappoints lately.

Our return policy is you have 3 business days from the date it was delivered to get the return post marked for a refund. If you ever need an extension, you can always email help@limelush.com or call us! We are a really understanding group of girls here in customer service!

We are sorry if you've called us we haven't answered, pulling up your account we are not able to see any attempted voicemails or phone calls made with your number on file. We also can't find any emails with the email on your account. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MDT.

Run very small

Cute shorts, nice quality but they run very small & have a short seam in the crotch. I followed the size chart, I’m a size 6 bought a medium but they are too small! Even my daughter who is a size 4 said they’re uncomfortable & the crotch seam is digging into her.
I submitted a requested to exchange the size as instructed on their portal but haven’t heard anything & no one from customer service has gotten back to me.
