Mint Open Back dress

I wanted to love this dress. It looks like a beautiful flowy material in the picture. In reality it is slightly darker than pictured and the same material as a sand free beach mat. The tie detail is literally just an extra strap sewed onto the front and serves no purpose. It feels very cheap considering how much I paid for it.
