HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All gift orders placed on or after November 19, 2021 must be postmarked by January 3, 2021 to qualify for a store credit return. All other orders fall under the standard return policy. STANDARD RETURN POLICY
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return any product within 3 business days from receipt of your order from your delivery date to ship back to us for a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost of $6.95.
If you were unable to return your order within the first 3 business days, don't worry! We offer returns for store credit within 30 days from your order date and as an added bonus to you, if your order exceeds $100 in value we'll cover the $6.95 shipping cost!
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- At this time we do not offer exchanges
*Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. You can still shop while you wait on your refund to be issued. Refunds and in-store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.
