If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return any product within 3 business days of your delivery date for a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost of $6.95.
If you were unable to return your order within the first 3 business days, don't worry! We offer returns for store credit within 30 days from your order date and as an added bonus to you, if your order exceeds $100 in value we'll cover the $6.95 shipping cost!
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- At this time we do not offer exchanges
*Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. You can still shop while you wait on your refund to be issued. Refunds and in-store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.

To initiate a return via chat, please complete the following steps:
STEP 1 Press the Submit a Return button to open the form in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
STEP 2 Complete all fields within the Submit a Return form and click Submit
STEP 3 Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
STEP 4 Send all items back to us using the label provided
